YUSR AI / QR Codes
From print to WhatsApp, one scan
Every YUSR quick entry QR opens WhatsApp with a prefilled first message and stamps the contact with its source tag. Put one on your counter, your packaging, your posters, your visiting card. Then finally know which one brings customers.
- Each QR opens WhatsApp with a prefilled first message
- Every scan tags the contact with its source: counter, packaging, poster or reel
- Edit the prefilled message later without reprinting the code
- Bot and link preview traffic is filtered out of scan counts

Scan to chat · Sole Story
Three things happen in that one second
WhatsApp opens, message ready
The customer's phone opens your chat with a first message already typed: "Hi, I saw the counter offer." No number to save, no typing, no friction.
The source gets stamped
The contact is auto tagged with where they scanned: counter, packaging, poster, reel. Your inbox knows the story before you say hello.
The AI takes it from there
Your assistant greets them and answers from your catalog. A poster on the wall just became a salesperson.
How is a YUSR QR code different from a wa.me link?
The image you print does not encode your WhatsApp number and message directly. It encodes a short tracked link on our own domain, which redirects to WhatsApp in a fraction of a second. That single design choice makes three things possible:
Bots and link previewers are filtered out
Facebook, WhatsApp's own preview fetcher, and search crawlers all touch the link when it's shared. Only real human scans count toward your numbers.
Change the message, keep the same code
Update the prefilled text any time. Every future scan of the already printed code picks up the new message instantly. No reprinting.
A deleted code fails gracefully
If you ever remove a code, old printed copies simply redirect to the YUSR homepage instead of showing a broken link on someone's phone.
One QR per place, so the data means something
On the counter standee
Walk ins scan while they wait to pay. They leave with your chat in their phone, and you can broadcast the next sale straight to them.
On the box and the bag
Every delivered order carries a QR for exchange, support, or reorder. Support questions skip the phone call and land in the inbox, tagged.
Posters, pamphlets, hoardings
Each campaign gets its own QR. When scans from the bus stand hoarding beat the newspaper insert 8 to 1, next month's budget decides itself.
Reels, stories, visiting cards
The same link works as a tap on Instagram and a scan in the real world. One click from a reel to a live AI conversation about your product.
Every scan is an entry in the ledger
Scans per QR, per day, with how many turned into a real conversation, matched against the exact prefilled message text, so the count means something. Marketing spend finally gets a ledger of its own. Download a print ready branded label (with your business name and a "scan to chat" tagline) straight from the app.
A different QR, for growing Google reviews
This is a completely separate system from the quick entry codes above, built to grow real Google reviews. Every customer can post on Google, whatever rating they give. Customers who had a bad experience also get a private way to tell you first, so you hear about it in time to make it right.
Customer scans, rates first
The QR opens your public review page. Before anything else, the customer picks a star rating, 1 to 5.
4 or 5 stars → Google review
They go straight to leaving a review on your Google listing, with optional starter templates so they're not staring at a blank box.
1 to 3 stars → tell you privately, or post on Google
They see a private feedback form with a "Leave a Google review" button on the same screen, so the choice is theirs. Private feedback reaches you as a notification, so you can follow up with that customer directly.
What your customers actually see
One QR per branch
Each physical location gets its own QR and its own Google listing, so you can see exactly which branch converts better.
"Request review" button
Mid conversation with a customer, send your review link directly as a WhatsApp message, no QR needed for people you're already chatting with.
Views, clicks, and confirmations
Track views, CTA clicks, confirmed Google reviews, and private feedback submissions, broken down by location and over time.
Which QR do you need?
"I want someone to scan a code and start chatting with me on WhatsApp, with something already typed in."
Use Part 1 · Quick entry QR"I want more Google reviews, and I want to hear about a bad experience in time to fix it."
Use Part 2 · Review QRMost businesses print both: a quick entry QR at the counter for support, and a review QR near checkout for post purchase feedback.
Turn every poster into a salesperson
Print one QR this week and watch scans become tagged conversations in your inbox.
