YUSR AI is a small, independent software company. One person writes the code and runs the business. The WhatsApp number on this site is answered by YUSR AI itself, which is the most honest demo we can offer. This page tells you who is behind it, so you know who you are handing your customer conversations to.
One founder, and a product that answers for itself
I am Mohd Farhan. I built YUSR AI and I still write every line of it. I also run the marketing and take the onboarding calls myself.
The WhatsApp number on this site is answered by YUSR AI, not by me typing. It explains what the product does, handles the usual questions about pricing and setup, and books your onboarding call. That is the same assistant you would be putting in front of your own customers, so treat the conversation as the demo. Anything it cannot handle reaches me.
That is a deliberate trade. A larger company would have a support desk and a sales team. What you get instead is the person who knows the whole system end to end, can fix a bug the same week you report it, and has a direct reason to care whether your shop actually makes money on this.

Why this exists
Indian businesses run on WhatsApp, then lose orders to one phone that everybody shares and nobody owns. YUSR AI is the ledger that phone never had.

Official WhatsApp API
Everything runs on the official WhatsApp Business API from Meta, never an unofficial workaround.
Tech Provider
Passed Meta's app review as a Tech Provider in July 2026.
Official access, with clear responsibilities
In July 2026, YUSR AI passed Meta's app review and was approved as a Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform. That is not a marketing badge you can buy. It means Meta reviewed the software and granted it live access to the WhatsApp Business API.
YUSR AI sends through the official API, with Meta approved templates and a real opt out. That avoids unofficial account automation, but it does not make any number immune to restrictions. Customers must opt in, messages must follow WhatsApp policy, and opt outs must be honoured. Meta can restrict accounts for violations or negative feedback. Read WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy before sending campaigns.

Use your existing business number or a new SIM you own. It stays registered in your name.
Your data leaves with you
Contacts and message history export in full if you ever stop using YUSR AI. No lock in.
