YUSR AI uses Meta's WhatsApp Business API. If you connected your Meta or WhatsApp account and want your data removed, this page explains exactly how.

What data we hold

When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account to YUSR AI, we store:

Your Meta Business Account ID and WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID
Your WhatsApp Phone Number ID and associated phone number
An access token authorizing YUSR to manage messages on your behalf
Your business profile (name, description, category, address, website)
Conversation history and customer messages received through your number
Your account email used to register on YUSR AI

How to request deletion

Email request (recommended)

Send an email to contact@yusr.co.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request: [your registered email]". Include your registered email and WhatsApp phone number if applicable. We confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

In app account deletion

Log in to app.yusr.co.in, go to Settings → Profile, scroll to the bottom, click "Delete Account", then confirm your identity and submit.

Via Facebook app settings

Open Facebook → Settings → Security & Login, go to Apps and Websites, find "YUSR AI" and click Remove, then select "Delete all your activity for this app". After revoking via Facebook, email contact@yusr.co.in to confirm complete deletion from our servers.

What gets deleted

Upon a confirmed deletion request, we permanently delete:

Your YUSR account and user profile
All stored WhatsApp credentials (Phone Number ID, WABA ID, access tokens)
Business profile information
All conversation history in our database
All contact records associated with your account
Broadcast history and message templates

Note: deleting your YUSR account does not delete your WhatsApp Business Account or Meta Business Portfolio. Those are managed directly through Meta Business Suite.
